Night Shift Keeper is operated by Luis Velasquez. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we do and do not collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• No personal data collection in the app. The macOS app runs locally on your device and does not send any data to our servers. We do not track usage, collect analytics, or gather personal information from the app.
• No data selling or sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• Purchases and payments. If you buy the app, the transaction is processed by Paddle (merchant of record). We receive minimal information needed for license delivery and support (for example, your email and receipt details). See Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
• Support communications. If you contact us at [email protected], we will receive the information you provide so we can respond.
• Local preferences. The app may store preferences on your device only. These never leave your device.

Children’s privacy

Night Shift Keeper is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
