These Terms govern your use of Night Shift Keeper and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Night Shift Keeper is operated by Luis Velasquez.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on macOS devices you own or control. This software is self‑distributed and not offered via any app store.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record. Please also see Paddle’s Privacy Policy and terms as applicable to your transaction.

Refunds

We offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your order information for a full refund.

User responsibilities

• Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and relevant platform policies.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
• Do not use the app in a way that interferes with others’ use of their devices.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
