Two honest claims, one caution:

  • Comfort: Many people find warm screens noticeably easier on the eyes, especially in the evening or in warm ambient lighting. If your eyes feel better, that’s real — comfort is the point.
  • Sleep: Blue light in the evening can suppress melatonin and shift your circadian rhythm; reducing it is a reasonable precaution. That said, research on whether screen-warming features alone measurably improve sleep is mixed — screen brightness and what you’re doing on the screen matter too.
